  • Sell virtual tutoring to the 75 largest school districts in Idaho and Oregon.
  • Closed and onboarded West Ada school district, the largest district in Idaho, in my first 60 days. 
  • Took a green territory and generated meetings and deals with some of the largest districts in the territory including the Boise School District.

  • Sold curriculum across all tiers of an MTSS model including core, supplemental, and intervention connecting product to third parties such as Canvas and Powerschool.

  • Totaled $1.36 million in sales to reach 104% of goal for the year serving over 120 accounts in three states.

  • Built strong customer relationships leading to an 81% gross renewal rate and 111% net renewal rate exceeding the company goal of 77% and 90%, respectively.

  • Promoted to new territory with larger school districts after year 1.

  • Sold over $2.85 million in year 2 surpassing goal (110%) and selling over $1mil more than the previous best year of this territory.

Movement Engineer (physical education specialist): Future Public School
August 2019 - February 2022

  • Hired to design, launch, and implement a new physical education program for a second year, Title I, public charter school. Raised funds and won grants totaling over $13,000 to start the program.

  • Implemented an innovative curriculum with K-5th grades. Class sizes are 28-32 students. Core values of the program are equity, play-based pedagogy, student voice.

  • Used the design thinking process to launch an after school skateboarding program in partnership with One Stone High School students with over 20 fourth and fifth grade participants and with a waiting list of over 30.

  • Developed community partnerships with First Tee Idaho, the YMCA Make-A-Splash program, and Bogus Basin Snow School as part of the movement multi-activity sampling initiative.

  • Partnered with the Boise Bike Project to give away over 40 bicycles to students in need and to fix over 50 bicycles during the 2020-21 school year.

  • Taught first grade virtually to 15 students during COVID-19 school closures.

  • Implemented EL Education's literacy curriculum and Eureka Math's math curriculum.

Healthy Body Product Manager // Coach Education Manager: Athlos Academies

  • Managed 5 physical education department relationships and 1 network of over 20 schools totaling over 150 teachers. 

  • Contracts for these clients exceeded $1.2 million. 

  • Oversaw the Healthy Body product suite through the product lifecycle including new versions and planning new products to launch; collaborated with other departments including sales, marketing, and graphic design to establish the most successful product at the organization.

  • Presented to prospective clients, onboarded new clients, and provided ongoing professional development to existing clients.

  • Planned and implemented an institute of over 15 interactive sessions for school partners; sessions included 12-50 participants.

Associate Director of Healthy Body: Athlos Academies

  • Provided ongoing virtual and on-site professional development to a network of over 140 coaches in 19 different schools across four states. Topics included a constraints-led approach, resistance training, movement methodology, external cuing, feedback timing, differentiation, and assessment.

  • Developed an innovative physical education curriculum of 750 lessons for K-9th based on the long-term athletic development model, combining aspects of sports performance and traditional physical education. Fashioned the graphic design elements for each lesson using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Developed and managed a learning management system which includes over 100 coaching competencies to provide ongoing personalized and self-directed, asynchronous learning to coaches. 

  • Developed and revised an equipment package to outfit schools. Ordered between $50,000-$140,000 in equipment yearly across the network. Fostered and maintained relationships with 4 equipment vendors. 

  • Delivered webinars for groups of over 75 individuals on topics including pedagogy, art of coaching, movement methodology, and long-term athletic development.

  • Collected and aggregated data for over 1,000 students, with over 30,000 data points, to develop interactive, actionable data dashboards for teachers to use.

  • Developed and facilitated the administration of school climate and culture surveys for over 2,500 students. Debriefed key stakeholders on actionable items from the data using the Panorama SEL survey platform.

 

 

Head Sports Performance Coach: STACK Sports Performance & Therapy

June 2015 - February 2016​

  • Delivered sports performance training to youth, adult, college, and professional athletes resulting in maintained or improved overall sport performance and health of clients. 

  • Designed 7 training program offerings and trained 2 coaches and 2 interns on proper program implementation that resulted in a 95% sign up rate following trial sessions and improved client satisfaction.

  • Identified and purchased all facility equipment. Designed layout to optimize client flow through areas while allowing workout efficiency and minimized injury all under a $55,000 budget.

  • Spearheaded client recruitment through partnership development, marketing collateral design/creation, and social media marketing. Met or exceeded monthly goals surrounding athlete procurement.

  • Designed and directed a rigorous 20-week intern teaching curriculum that prepared interns for full time positions as sport performance coaches.

 

 

Lead Athletic Performance Coach (physical educator): Athlos Leadership Academy of San Antonio

August 2014 - June 2015​

  • Organized and executed an athletic conditioning curriculum for grades first through twelfth. Created engaging classes for 30-50 students resulting in a near 100% improvement from pre-post performance assessments.

  • Developed a previously inexperienced coaching staff of seven to the highest performing in the school network.

  • Communicated with administration, teachers, and coaches on all matters surrounding the Healthy Body Pillar creating a culture of high quality work in our Athletic Conditioning Class. 

  • Developed and coordinated a mentor program matching over 40 “at risk” students with a staff member who provided mentorship to the student via one-on-one and group meetings.

  • Assisted the in design and implementation of training programs for 7 varsity sports at the University of Georgia.
