Privacy & portfolio access

Your details.
A clear purpose.

This page explains how the portfolio access workflow uses your information.

What the request form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, and organization. It may also record which project prompted your request. This information is used to review requests, provide access, and manage access later.

No newsletter signup

A portfolio request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Access-related emails may include an approval message or a sign-in link you requested.

Access and security

Approved visitors receive a time-limited sign-in link. An essential browser cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. A portfolio password may also be provided separately. Access can be revoked. Screen viewing does not prevent screenshots or recordings. Original document files are not offered for download in the protected viewer.

Service providers

When configured, Cloudflare hosts the site and handles access records, private-file storage, and bot protection; Resend delivers access-related emails. Embedded third-party video is not loaded by default in this build. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s site.

Retention and removal

Access-request records are kept while needed to manage access. Session and sign-in credentials expire automatically; expired technical records are removed during routine use. To request deletion of your request details or revoke access, email drpete@peterverdin.com.

Public previews and private samples

Project previews are public. Full case studies and private files are only returned after authorization. No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this build.
